1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne (less for milder)
Salt & pepper
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced pineapple
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp lime juice
4 small flour tortillas
Fresh cilantro & drizzle of hot honey
Directions
- Toss shrimp in oil + seasonings. Saute 3-4 min per side until pink.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, pineapple, mayo & lime juice.
- Warm tortillas, fill with slaw + shrimp.
- Drizzle hot honey + sprinkle cilantro.
Notes
- They’re bright, spicy-sweet, and so cute served on mini plates with lime wedges.
