1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
Salt & pepper
- Mashed Potatoes
2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cloves roasted garlic
Salt to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes till tender; mash with butter, cream & garlic.
- Pat lamb dry & season.
- Heat oil in skillet; sear lamb 2 min each side.
- Add butter, honey & garlic; spoon over mashed potatoes.
